THE GOSCOPE GUARANTEE

90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your order for ANY REASON, you can return any GoScope product for a refund or exchange within 90 days of  your order. If you bought a GoScope product from one of our retailers you will need to provide a scanned copy of your receipt.

 

THE RETURN PROCESS:

Request a Return Authorization by emailing support@go-scope.com. Include your name and item that you would like to return. We will consider your return and contact you within 48hrs with guidance.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 24 hours of receipt of receiving your return.

 

1-Year Replacement Warranty

If you break your GoScope under normal and intended use we will replace your GoScope just tell us your story and send us a picture (support@go-scope.com).

 

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Having issues past your 1 manufactures warranty no worries tell us your story and send us a picture (support@go-scope.com) we will do our best to keep you satisfied.

 

International Warranties

Due to shipping charges individuals with international returns or replacements must cover all of the shipping charges.

 

Lost Cameras

We are not responsible for lost cameras. If you are over water you need to have a floaty backpack on your camera. Some of our models float by themselves but not with a camera attached.

 

Return Shipping

We are not responsible for return shipping or shipping charges paid for by us on returned items.
